Spillett Leadership University (SLU) is Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s comprehensive online training website created to amplify Club impact by strengthening the leadership capabilities of staff at every level of the organization. The Native Track on SLU’s website provides culturally-relevant training for our Native Clubs. These webinars were created to help youth development professionals at Native Clubs become more trauma-informed, build capacity and conduct resource development efforts as they work to support our Native youth.

In order to access these valuable trainings, please do the following:

  • Once logged in to http://www.BGCA.net, click on the “Spillett Leadership University” link, available directly underneath the main banner of the screen.
  • Once on the SLU BGCA page, you will click the “Spillett Leadership University Site” link on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • This will take you to the SLU website. Once there, scroll down to the “Browse Training” section and click “All Training”.
  • From there, you can find the Native Track webinars by either:
    • Searching “Native Track” in the “Learning Search” box, which will present all 12 webinars for you to view.
    • Clicking the “Subject” Filter on the left-hand side of the screen and selecting “Native Track” within the dropdown menu.
