The National Trainers Initiative (NTI) provides opportunities for every Boys & Girls Club organization to have inhouse certified trainer(s). Embedding certified trainers within organizations will allow them to conduct their own professional development training and collaborate with other local organizations to host learning events.
BGCA Native Services has invested in certifying 28 of our very own professionals from our Native organizations and Native Services to become Tier 1 Trainers across Native Lands. Our Tier 1 Trainers from Native Lands will provide 15 amazing foundational trainings for youth development professionals in Native organizations in the areas of programming, relationships, safety, leadership and cultural inclusion.
